Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. in Newark, OH is seeking a Regular Full Time Management role at The Grove by the River. Coordinate events, supervise staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales and park policies.

The position requires availability for 1st and 2nd shifts; valid OH driver’s license; and knowledge of bartending and liquor laws. Training provided; opportunity to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test (THC).
• SERV Safe Manager Certification preferred / may be obtained after employment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand event requirements.
• Supervise setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Manage lead and motivate staff.
• Resolve issues during events or reservations.
• Provide customer service to campground guests.
• Ensure events and park follow health and safety regulations.
• Manage campground staff and park operations.

Salary: $45,000.00 Annually

Salary: $45,000 per year plus monetary incentives for meeting sales goals.

Availability: Position requires availability for 1 st and 2 nd shift.

Key Responsibilities
