Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Task Force Restaurant/Banquet Chef to supervise and coordinate production for buffets, banquets, and on-site dining. You will run hot lines or banquet events with precision in timing and quality, and help develop menus for diverse functions.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership and at least 2 years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or full-service restaurant, with a strong banquet background and ServSafe

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• At least 2 years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in hotel or full-service restaurant.
• Strong background in banquet and catering operations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe preferred or required upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production of buffets, a la carte, banquets, and restaurant services.
• Lead kitchen operations to ensure timing, quality, and consistency across functions.
• Develop menus and recipes in collaboration with culinary leadership; write prep lists.
• Coach and train staff; maintain a clean, sanitary environment and compliance with codes.
