The Union League of Philadelphia invites a Food Service Assistant to support banquet operations across Liberty Hill venues, ensuring food, equipment, and mise en place arrive on time. You will transport prepared items from the kitchen to event locations following the BEO and event timeline.

Responsibilities include reviewing BEOs with the Executive Steward, loading and delivering items, and coordinating with Front of House to ensure complete setup for members and guests.

Competenze

• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail for event tasks.
• Ability to read BEOs, checklists, and event timelines.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and moving banquet equipment safely.

Mansioni

• Review BEOs with the Executive Steward to confirm locations, delivery times, equipment, and service items.
• Review BEO menu items with the Chef to ensure all food and mise en place are complete before loading.
• Load and secure food and equipment in the truck following safe handling procedures.
• Drive and deliver items to venues and to Front of House for service setup.
• Retrieve equipment after events and ensure it is cleaned, organized, and stored.
