• Uphold health regulations and ensure correct preparation of menu items.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise kitchen staff in menu item prep, equipment use, and safety.
• Taste, smell, and inspect products before service for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure timely service and correct pacing for guest satisfaction.
• Monitor production flow and adjust to maintain cost and quality controls.
