Job summary

Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection on Alabama’s Gulf Coast is seeking a Restaurant/Beverage Supervisor to oversee dining operations and guest service. You’ll train teammates, lead staff, and help sustain a welcoming, guest‑centered culture.

You’ll coordinate with management on daily service, use systems like OpenTable and Adaco, ensure cleanliness and accuracy of transactions, and contribute to a high‑performing team that embodies exceptional hospitality.

As a Restaurant/Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and outstanding guest service. You’ll assist with training, guide team members, and help create a positive work environment that reflects our dedication to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Collaborate with management on daily operations, maintain area cleanliness, and oversee cash handling for accurate transactions.
• System Utilization: Use tools like OpenTable for reservations, iRIS for room orders, and Adaco for supply management to support seamless service.
