Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college not required.
• Two years minimum experience in hotels/resorts/restaurants.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines.
• Able to work AM/PM, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up station and mise en place to Chef specifications.
• Complete banquet production and organization; expedite as needed.
• Cook and prepare food to order daily.
• Store mise en place and submit needs for next day.
• Work all line stations as required.
• Develop and train line staff to standard performance.
