The lively Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando are looking for a Banquet Cook III to join their team. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek offers an innovative dining experience with vibrant outlets, bars, inviting décor, and distinctive menus.

Ideal candidate: 1-2 years of culinary experience, with banquet experience preferred.

Shift Pattern: varies, including AM and PM shifts, starting as early as 3 am. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Pay Rate: $18.72 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook III, you will prepare, monitor, and maintain quality control for hot food items, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and maintaining quality for hot food items (meat, fish, sauces, stocks, seasonings)
• Following recipes and standards
• Preparing guest orders efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
• Inspecting food quality and presentation
• Following food handling and storage regulations
