Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Cook I at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will follow provided recipes, ensure proper presentation and timely cooking, and maintain high standards set by the Executive Chef.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, sanitary kitchen, labeling and storing ingredients, and communicating shortages or issues promptly. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient in knife handling and basic prep functions.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to operate kitchen tools.

Responsabilidades

• Follow recipes and production specs to ensure proper presentation and cooking methods.
• Cook menu items to guest specifications and maintain portion sizes and quality.
• Label, date, and store prepared food and raw ingredients properly.
