Job summary

Legends Global in Anchorage, AK, is seeking a part-time Cook to join the Food and Beverage team. The role focuses on food production, setting up stations, and ensuring the highest quality of meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot dishes in line with function orders and Chef guidance.

Qualifications

• MOA Food Handlers Card required.
• 2–3 years cooking experience required.
• High-volume production experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain government licenses/certificates as needed.
• Ability to read/write English and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation with required products and equipment.
• Prepare and cook hot food items to standard as directed by Sous Chef.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage of food items.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining meal presentation quality.
• Work at buffet, carving, and various kitchen stations as assigned.
