Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some Kitchen Line or Prep Experience is desired.
• Two years full-time experience in hospitality or equivalent education/related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect food preparation and serving areas for safe, sanitary practices.
• Substitute for or assist cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
• Prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods.
• Operate in a trainer role supervising student learning experiences in Kirkwood facilities.
• Maintain consistent attendance and perform other related duties as assigned.
