An intermediate line cook should possess good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience and hold a culinary degree. An intermediate cook must have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. The role involves working at single stations in the kitchen and requires supervision and training.
Intermediate cooks must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
