This position requires an intermediate line cook with good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. A professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures is essential. The intermediate cook will work single stations and require supervision and training.
Intermediate cooks must have open availability and be able to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
