Job Description

Provide high-quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all banquet food. Starting pay rate is $22 per hour.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines.
  2. Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to start.
  3. Possess knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation.
  4. Learn all menu items produced by your assigned station.
  5. Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within required time frames.
  6. Prepare a variety of buffet and plated items.
  7. Produce orders including grilling, roasting, and baking fish, steaks, chicken, and shellfish.
  8. Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times.
Qualifications
  • Advanced knife skills required.
  • Prior culinary experience required.
  • Familiarity with all cooking techniques.
  • Experience with batch and quantity cooking.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
