Banquet Line Cook – Bring Your Passion for Cooking to Our Team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Banquet Line Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and flavor. Your key responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, meats, seafood, vegetables, and baked goods.

Plating meals beautifully according to menu specifications.

Regulating cooking temperatures for ovens, grills, and other equipment.

Seasoning and tasting food to ensure it’s cooked to perfection.

Butchering meats and seafood with precision and care.

Prepping fresh ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.

Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen by following proper food safety procedures.

Ensuring all banquet orders are prepared efficiently and delivered within service standards.

Setting up and restocking buffets and banquet stations to provide an exceptional dining experience.
