Overview:

A Hooters Kitchen employee is an essential part of the daily operations at every Hooters restaurant. The employee is responsible for consistently executing all kitchen systems and standards to deliver high-quality food products. They adhere to all recipe specifications, ensure safe food handling, maintain food quality, and present dishes attractively. The Kitchen employee demonstrates teamwork, maintains a positive attitude, and follows uniform and grooming standards. Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally within the team

  • Continuously develop kitchen knowledge
