Job summary

Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center in Broken Arrow, OK seeks a Conference Center Set Up teammate to assist in setting up banquet facilities and maintaining room appearance to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include reading Banquet Event Orders, coordinating with catering and A/V, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safe, efficient setup in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This on-site role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Knowledgeable about equipment used to perform hotel tasks; training others is a plus.
• Physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50+ lbs; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet facilities to meet guest satisfaction and hotel standards.
• Clean and maintain conference rooms and public areas after each function and during downtime.
• Maintain back-of-house areas, including kitchens and storage, as required.
• Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders to arrange rooms with tables, chairs, linens, and AV equipment as needed.
• Assist catering staff in timely setup of food and beverages and operate hotel AV equipment.
• Ensure conference rooms are secure and meet cleanliness standards.
