Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up teammate in Oklahoma City to bring events to life with precise room layouts and attentive service.

You will read BEOs, set tables, chairs, staging, and decor, transport equipment, and refresh spaces throughout events while maintaining a guest-ready environment and collaborating with Banquet Management and Sales/Catering, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or event setup preferred.
• Ability to read and follow BEOs/diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet spaces with tables, chairs, staging, and decor as required by BEOs.
• Prepare meeting rooms, vacuum, clean spaces per standards.
• Transport and place equipment, assist with last-minute requests.
• Refresh rooms with supplies and maintain clean, guest-ready spaces.
• Collaborate with Banquet Management, Sales/Catering for smooth events.
