Job summary

Miami Environment & Energy Solutions (MEES) is seeking a Banquet Setup Professional to perform opening duties for the conference service department and daily setup of tables, chairs and equipment per room diagrams. You will also clean meeting spaces and ensure guests leave with a positive impression.

Responsibilities include replenishing supplies, greeting clients, coordinating with the Conference Planning Manager, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a similar duties position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and refresh banquet and meeting rooms according to diagrams and schedules.
• Greet clients, assist attendees, and ensure positive service experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and service areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures; report issues promptly.
