Key Responsibilities:

  2. Food Preparation: Oversee all banquet dish preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring quality and visual appeal.
  3. Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen activities including staffing, inventory, and safety standards.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor culinary staff to perform at their best.
  5. Event Coordination: Collaborate with event teams to ensure seamless banquet execution.
  6. Quality Control: Maintain high standards through regular inspections and tastings.
  7. Cost Management: Monitor and control food and labor costs.
  8. Vendor Relations: Source ingredients and negotiate with suppliers.
