Qualifications

1. 4+ years of kitchen management experience
2. 5+ years of cooking experience
3. College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field (preferred)
4. Good knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation and presentation
5. Ability to understand and meet financial goals
6. Effective communication skills with the public and team members
7. Proven leadership and training abilities with a diverse workforce
8. High standards in kitchen operations, leading by example
9. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds
10. Willingness to work extended hours in humid or extreme temperatures when necessary
