Job Summary

The Banquet Chef is a leadership role responsible for guiding the culinary team to deliver excellent food and guest experiences, requiring a passionate and experienced culinarian.

Responsibilities

1. Coach and motivate team members
2. Identify operational improvements
3. Monitor quality and sanitation standards
4. Manage financial goals and budgets
5. Set culinary standards
6. Oversee equipment maintenance
7. Communicate par levels and monitor outputs
8. Create menu build diagrams and prep sheets
9. Ensure routine kitchen procedures are followed
10. Lead game day culinary operations
11. Manage inventory and food waste
12. Train team members
13. Conduct pre-shift meetings and handle performance issues
14. Complete onboarding for new staff
15. Maintain food safety standards
16. Support other locations as needed
17. Update recipes and manage budgets
