We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at a premier restaurant and large outdoor event space in Chicago’s vibrant River North neighborhood. Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $85,000–$90,000, plus 20% performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in menu preparation, flavor profiles, and presentation.
- Develop innovative, seasonal menus tailored to both restaurant and event needs.
- Lead banquet and catering services, planning menus and maintaining high standards for events of all sizes.
- Manage food and labor costs, ensuring budget targets are met without compromising quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to create a collaborative, results-driven team environment.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an Executive Chef, with at least 5 years of experience in banquet and catering operations.
