Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Captain to join our team. This role reports to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef and oversees banquet staff to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating room setup, AV and F&B, and upholding standards while maximizing profits. Minimum high school education and hotel customer service experience required; food safety and alcohol awareness certifications preferred.

• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of High School education

Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role

Food safety certification preferred

Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to provide legible communication and directions

Outgoing personality

Ability to communicate effectively verbally

Team player

Strong leadership skills

Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
