Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Perrysburg, OH seeks a dynamic Banquet Captain to lead hourly banquet servers, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth event operations. This role supports the hotel, coordinates room setup, and maintains service standards across events.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and as a personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
• Provide ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff
• Coordinate all aspects of room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization
• Perform various other duties as assigned

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of High School education

Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role

Food safety certification preferred

Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Ability to provide legible communication and directions

Outgoing personality
