Schulte Hospitality Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a dynamic Banquet Captain to lead banquet staff and ensure exemplary guest experiences. The role oversees room setup, AV coordination, and service quality, reporting to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and as a personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.
• Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, standards achievement and profit maximization.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
