Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet staff during assigned functions, ensuring courteous and professional service of quality food and beverages in a clean environment.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma and food service experience. You will supervise setup and breakdown, follow Banquet Event Orders, train staff, and manage Set-Up staff and Bartenders on weekends and weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Food Service experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays.

The hourly range for this position is $9.80 - $14.70 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
