Job summary

Schulte Companies is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Captain (PT) for Marriott Nashville Airport. You will lead hourly banquet staff, coordinate room setups and F&B with a focus on guest satisfaction. The company emphasizes hospitality, growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This part-time role requires a minimum high school education and customer service experience in a hotel setting. Certification in food safety and alcohol awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one year in hotel customer service role.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager for the performance of all hourly banquet staff.
• Provide ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff.
• Coordinate room setup, including audio/visual and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction and profit objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
