Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education.
• Minimum of three years in a bartending role.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with liquor, juices, garnishes, and service supplies.
• Keep bar and glassware clean and sanitized throughout shift.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and provide attentive service.
• Prepare and serve drink orders per standards and guest preferences.
• Present bills, process payments, and manage transactions.
• Engage guests to ensure satisfaction and handle per-guest service.
