Four Seasons Hotel Miami is seeking a Banquet Captain who shares a passion for excellence and delivers enthusiastic service. You will guide banquet staff and ensure flawless execution of events, from setup to breakdown, while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

You will lead by example, coordinate with culinary teams, and ensure guest satisfaction across high-profile events in a premier Miami location.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of banquet service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Read, speak, and write English proficiently.
• Experience with beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet food and beverage service, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Guide, train, and supervise banquet servers while maintaining Four Seasons standards.
• Ensure timely service with attention to presentation and guest requests.
• Maintain knowledge of banquet menus, ingredients, and beverages.
• Coordinate with culinary teams and accommodate guest preferences.
• Build relationships with guests, event organizers, and group contacts.
