Job summary

Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in Tucson, AZ is seeking a skilled Banquet Captain to oversee event setup and service. Reporting to the Banquet Manager, you will coordinate with Catering/Sales and Culinary teams to ensure flawless execution of all banquet functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in Banquets, Food & Beverage, Conference Services or related discipline.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Positive interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all banquet service operations and ensures details are executed.
• Review BEOs and ensure rooms are set as contracted; arrange A/V needs.
• Lead banquet staff and supervise in the absence of Banquet Manager.
• Coordinate with Catering/Sales and Culinary teams to ensure quality service.
• Manage cost and quality control of banquet services.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in a clean, safe environment.
