A Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Captain, your responsibilities include:

• Supervising food and beverage service during banquet functions to ensure quality service and product standards.
• Assisting with planning, organizing, and executing various banquet events such as breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, and galas.
• Greeting and welcoming clients and guests, responding to requests promptly and courteously.
• Participating in and leading departmental meetings.
• Processing banquet checks accurately and efficiently for payment.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
