Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Server to join our team. This part-time position offers a friendly, service-focused environment with growth opportunities. You’ll take orders, assist with service and maintain guest satisfaction throughout events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor food distribution and ensure dishes are presented well.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately.
• Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing.
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
• Food safety certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
