Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Captain to supervise set up, service and clean up for all banquet events. This is a tipped, full-time position with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

You will coordinate with the Banquet Manager and Sales/Catering staff, ensure compliance with hotel standards, train staff as needed, and maintain safety and cleanliness across function spaces. Prior banquet service experience and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of banquet work schedules and wage reports.
• Provide service support during functions and assist in cleanup.
