Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference Center at Capitol Hill is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead banquet service operations, ensuring every event is executed with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.

You will partner with the Banquet Manager, supervise banquet staff, coordinate with the Banquet Chef, and maintain clear communication with guests and meeting planners to address needs and last‑minute changes, delivering memorable experiences.
