Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated Banquet Captain to lead banquet events with precision and care in a fast-paced setting. You’ll supervise banquet servers, coordinate with event planners, and ensure flawless execution that elevates guest experiences and keeps operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring one year of banquet experience or similar, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license, where applicable.
