The role emphasizes knowledge of cocktails, strong guest interaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending experience and a service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bartending experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising.
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
• Minimum age as required by law.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages at banquets and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and offer recommendations.
• Mix and garnish cocktails per recipes and guest specs.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and safety.

• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Read, write and speak English fluently
