Job summary

The Davidson Hospitality Group in Kansas City is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead our banquet service team and coordinate events to the highest standards. You will supervise banquet servers, ensure smooth service, and work closely with event planners and the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of banquet experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license, where applicable.
