Check server and houseperson banquet event orders to ensure all information is accurate.
Check room set-up to confirm banquet event order directions are followed and ensure all public areas are neat and clean.
Make contact with group representatives and explain how to make contact if needed during the function.
Communicate all banquet event order changes to the catering or convention services office and affected departments.
Coordinate with banquet staff on set-ups, changes, and schedules for all functions.
Verify staffing levels for the next day's functions and adjust schedules accordingly by adding or canceling servers, bartenders, or housepersons.
Operate as a banquet server when needed, including setting up, greeting, serving guests, and breaking down the function.
Inspect banquet areas at the end of the function to ensure all equipment is returned to proper areas and all areas are clean.
