Qualifications

• 1–2 years of banquet or food and beverage experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification preferred.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate banquet setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Lead banquet service teams during events.
• Prepare server assignments and service plans.
• Direct service timing and event flow.
• Communicate updates and changes throughout events.
• Inspect banquet rooms for cleanliness and proper setup.
• Oversee final room breakdown and cleanup.
