Job summary

Travelodge By Wyndham Bill WY Thunder Basin is seeking a dependable Cook to join our kitchen team. You will help prep and produce breakfast and other menu items, maintain clean work areas, and assist the Executive Chef and GM as needed.

Candidates should have basic food preparation skills, be punctual, and able to work PM shifts. A food handler's permit and a high school diploma or equivalent are required or desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have food handler's permit.
• Training in food preparation desirable.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work PM shift.
• One year food preparation experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets.
• Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant.
• Ensures proper stocking line for menu items.
• Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times.
• Production of breakfast.
• Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager
