Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Banquet Bartender to serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. The role requires setting up the bar per BEOs, stocking garnishes, and mixing drinks with accuracy.

You will also handle cash, balance transactions, and maintain a clean, compliant bar area while meeting liquor laws. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience required.
• Must have basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar daily per BEOs and check par levels.
• Stock garnishes, juices, and perishables to maintain quality.
• Greet guests, take drink orders, mix and garnish drinks per recipes.
• Update par sheets during shifts and balance money.
• Maintain bar and guest area cleanliness.
• Handle cash transactions and verify charges.
