Job summary

West Shore Country Club is seeking a part-time Banquet Server to join our team. The role requires evenings and weekend availability and offers an hourly starting rate of $18 per hour. The Banquet Server will support bar operations, serve guests, and contribute to a high level of service at club events.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of full-service bartending experience, be at least 18, and hold ServSafe/RAMP/TIPS certifications preferred to ensure compliant service.

Qualifications

• ServSafe, RAMP, and TIPS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open the bar: ensure bar has supplies, prepares garnishes, mixes drinks.
• Restock the bar as needed and maintain bar stock.
• Set-up and close the bar following club procedures.
• Mix, prepare and serve drinks to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Adhere to laws, regulations and club policies on alcohol service.
• Other duties as assigned by Banquet Captain/Manager.

At West Shore Country Club our Banquet Team provides service beyond expectations to ensure our members and guests are overjoyed with the events held at West Shore Country Club. The Banquet Server reports directly to the Banquet Manager.

• Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Part-Time: Evenings, Weekends (<30 hours weekly)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Opening of the bar: ensure bar has adequate supplies, prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
• Restocks the bar as needed
• Follow Club Procedures for set-up and closing the bar area
• Mixes, prepares and serves drinks to members and guests
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area
• Adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and club policies and procedures regarding alcoholic beverages and responsible serving
• Other duties as assigned by Banquet Captain, Banquet Manager, and Clubhouse Manager

Education and Experience:

• Current ServSafe, RAMP, TIPS certification preferred
• 1 year of Full-Service Bartending Experience Required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
