Qualifications

• Experience in bar/tavern or casual dining service.
• Must be of legal drinking age.
• Excellent customer service and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor; ability to prepare standard drinks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient customer service at all times.
• Maintain a supply of bar products and glassware.
• Monitor guest experience and take action to ensure excellent service.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies including ID checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions.

A thorough understanding and background in a bar / tavern / casual dining service2. Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law3. Possess excellent customer service skills4.
