Job summary

The role involves setting up portable bars, stocking garnishes, glasses, ice, liquor, mixes, straws, napkins, and maintaining supplies throughout functions, using POS for guest purchases.

Responsibilities

• Work with various hotel Associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality.
• Set up portable bar with the appropriate items (as needed): garnishes, glasses, ice, all liquor requested for function, mixes, straws, napkins, etc.
• Maintain bar supplies throughout the function.
