Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking an experienced banquet bartender at the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge in Redding, CA. This temporary role calls for delivering high-quality beverage service for events and banquets.

The position requires 1–3 years of high-volume bar experience, a 21+ age, and Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification. You will set up bars, prepare drinks, assist servers, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness during functions.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• One to three years high volume bar experience required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification required.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar in banquet rooms prior to each event.
• Prepares drinks for guests and servers for delivery.
• Maintains bar area cleanliness and safety.
• Provides opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Assists servers and other staff as needed.
• Ensures minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcohol.
• Reads banquet menus and notes item specifics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
