Job summary

Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a bartender to mix and serve beverages in a high-volume casino setting. You will maintain bar cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, English communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and safety. Must be 21+ and able to obtain required work cards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar.
• Knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes; assist with food service when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain appropriate sound and music levels as directed by management.
• Adhere to gaming laws and internal controls and company policies.
• Provide outstanding guest service to guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
