Responsibilities

• Set bar, prep garnishes, and ensure stock of service ware and equipment.
• Prepare drinks per orders and guest preferences.
• Prepare specialty drinks according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and safety compliance.
• Record orders in POS and manage payments and tips.
