Job summary

TPC Sugarloaf is seeking a Banquet Bartender to courteously and expeditiously prepare member/guest beverage requests following approved formulas. The role requires setup, stocking, safety compliance, and accurate cash handling to support PGA TOUR’s premier club experience.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least one year of bartending experience, with knowledge of beverage preparation and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Thorough knowledge of beverage preparation and bartending procedures with at least one year of similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar in the function area per TPC standards and maintain par stock.
• Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal liquor laws; identify and prevent service to intoxicated guests.
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails according to SOPs and standard pouring standards.
• Handle cash, process sales, and reconcile beverage inventory as required.
• Assist other banquet staff and respond to guest requests promptly.
