Part-time, 0-29 hours weekly, with pay rate $16.83 per hour. Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years banquet bartending experience; ServSafe & TIPS a plus. Reports to Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of banquet bartending experience.
• ServeSafe & TIPS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up bars and accessories.
• Serve liquor, beer, soda, juice, water, and mixed drinks.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Operate the POS system proficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Accept payment for orders.
• Maintain consumption sheet and related paperwork.
• Assist with inventory control and end-of-function breakdown.
• Maintain sanitation standards and professional appearance.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
