Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Banquet Bartender for The Oncenter to mix and serve beverages per standard recipes, ensuring client and guest satisfaction. You will uphold NYS regulations and company policies while maintaining a clean, efficient bar area during events.

The role requires 1–2 years of banquet bartending experience, High School Diploma or GED, and ServeSafe/TIPS certification is a plus. The schedule is event-driven and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates hospitality and guest service excellence.
• Experience mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide total guest satisfaction following client requirements and policies.
• Set up bars and related accessories.
• Serve liquor, beer, soda, juice, water, and mixed drinks.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Operate the POS system accurately during service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout shifts.
• Accept payment and manage receipts for guest orders.
• Maintain inventory control and proper records.
